The Benefits of Training
Organized training classes teach you how to best communicate with your puppy while providing an opportunity for your dog to socialize with other people and dogs. Our classes are aimed at earning the AKC certifications. You will be able ask your puppy-raising questions that include housetraining, chewing, and the most effective way to teach practical skills.
CCT Beginner Puppy
This 6 week class is offered in a group or private setting.
Your puppy is taught to:
Sit, Sit-Stay, Down, Down-Stay, Come, Loose Leash Walking, Release, Food Lure,
and Leave-It.
*Consultations on puppy life included (crate training, potty training, nipping, jumping, etc.)

AKC All S.T.A.R Puppy
*Socialization, Training, Activity, Responsibility
This AKC 6 week class is offered in a group class.
Your dog is taught to:
Food Lure, Sit, Sit-Stay, Down, Down-Stay, Come-Recall, Loose Leash Walking, Release, Accept a friendly stranger, Sit-Stay with the evaluator, review grooming and dog -check.

*be in accordance with responsible dog owner agreement.
CCT Basic Obedience Training
This 6 week class is offered in a group or private setting.
Your dog is taught to:
Sit, Sit-Stay, Down, Down-Stay, Come/Recall, Loose Leash Walking, Release, Food Lure,
and Leave-It.
*Private lessons can be either 4 or 6 weeks depending on needs or wants of family.

CCT Smart Dog / AKC Canine Good Citizen.
This 6 week class offered in a group setting teaches your dog to:
Heel, Accept a Friendly Stranger/ Accept a Friendly Stranger with their Dog. Sit Politely for Petting, Home Grooming, Loose Leash Walking Through a Crowd, Sit Stay, Down Stay, Stay with Evaluator for up to 3 min with owner not present, and how to react with distractions.
CCT Smart Dog Plus / AKC Canine Good Citizen Advanced
This four week class reviews all Smart Dog commands as well as:
Sit-Stay and Down-Stay (for up to 20 feet), Sit or Down-Stay (for up to 3 minutes), Greet One Another (with calm dogs), Turn Left, Turn Right, Loose Leash Walking, Heel While Walking. This course will leave your dog eligible for AKC CGC Test.
CCT Rally
This six week private or group class, includes obedience trials.
Owner and dog partner in stationed obedience commands from 5 to 15 stations.
Tricks for Treats
A six week course in which your dog will learn 10 tricks or 5 specific tricks of your choice.
